Santa Fe Healthy Chef

Charlie's path to wellness began in 2011 when she started her career as a health and wellness coach. Her passion for the culinary arts soon emerged, leading her to the Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts in Austin, Texas in 2012, where she mastered the art of plant-based cuisine. Since then, she has flourished as both a personal and retreat chef, bringing her culinary expertise to private homes and wellness retreats alike.

At the heart of Charlie's cooking philosophy lies a deep commitment to education and nourishment. She believes that wholesome, seasonal ingredients can create dishes that are both delightfully flavorful and deeply nurturing. Her thoughtful approach to food preparation always honors individual dietary preferences and requirements.

In 2022, Charlie made Santa Fe, New Mexico her home, drawn to its vibrant holistic wellness community. While continuing her culinary work, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in Mind-Body Medicine at Saybrook University. She will enter dissertation in 2026. When she's not in the kitchen or immersed in academic work, Charlie finds joy in traveling, running, hiking the beautiful southwestern trails, and spending time with her beloved dog, Roscoe.
